MER Clinic: Epoxy Casting Techniques

This clinic describes the techniques used to produce a part from a master using epoxy resin and silicone RTV rubber. Subjects will include selection of the resin, the mold rubber, vacuum and conventional casting techniques, and mold design considerations.
